Room Rates
These rates are subject to a facilities fee of $10 per room, room tax, presently at 18.712% and a destination fee (see below).

Standard Room Rate: $259.00 (single/double occupancy)
Ocean Room Rate: $309.00 (single/double occupancy)

Resort Fee
A Mandatory Hotel Fee (e.g. Resort, Destination, or Amenity) has been discounted to $10.00 (per room, per day, plus applicable tax) - reduced from $49.00 per room, per night. This provides a enhanced stay experience for guests (Inclusions subject to change).

Cash Free
Please note that this hotel only accepts credit cards, debit cards and, where applicable, other contactless forms of payment. It is a cash-free environment.

Reservations
Reservations can be made by one of the following methods:

1. Via the Hyatt Regency's website
2. Call the Hyatt Regency directly at the numbers listed above and identify yourself as a Microtechnologies in Medicine and Biology (MMB 2026) Conference attendee.

The cut-off date for the reduced group rate of $259 is Thursday, 5 November 2026. The room block is smaller than the number of conference participants; hotel rooms will be assigned in the order that the hotel receives the reservations. If the group rate is no longer available, prevailing rates may be offered for some or all of your dates.

Reservations made after the 5 November date will be confirmed subject to availability of space and non-group rates. A credit card is required to guarantee all reservations with a one-night advance deposit due at the time of booking. This deposit will be refunded if the reservation is cancelled prior to 72 hours before arrival, after which time, this deposit in non-refundable. To cancel your reservation, please contact the Hyatt Regency directly.
