The Tenth International Conference on Microtechnologies in Medicine and Biology will be held in Hawaii, USA, at the Hyatt Regency Maui from 7 - 11 December 2026.

This primary purpose of the conference is to catalyze interactions between engineers, physicists and chemists with biomedical researchers to enhance the potential of microtechnologies for medicine and biological sciences through the development of new research tools and technologies.

MMB was first held in 2000 in Lyon, France and chaired by Andre Dittmar and David Beebe. A variant of this conference called Micro and Nanotechnology in Medicine (MNM) occurred in 2012, chaired by Ali Khademhosseini, Michelle Kline and Rashid Bashir, and subsequently led by Dino Di Carlo, Elliot Hui, and Salman Khetani. Today, this week-long conference held in December on one of the Hawaiian Islands continues its tradition of providing a unique forum for students, academic faculty, industrialists, entrepreneurs, and clinical professionals to openly discuss cutting-edge tiny technologies to address critical problems in healthcare.
